This week I enjoyed returning to the Chelsea Flower Show with a group of Government Ministers. It was a great honour to welcome Their Majesties King Charles and Queen Camilla to the show on Monday afternoon. There are some fabulous gardens on display – I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!
Like many local residents I am concerned about the impact the 10-week closure of Wandsworth Bridge will have on local businesses and residents, especially in South Fulham. This is why I am supporting the campaign by Hammersmith & Fulham Conservatives who are calling for reprieve during the bridge works and its subsequent closure. More on this below.
On Thursday, Health Secretary Steve Barclay MP said that funding for the floor-by-floor refurbishment of Charing Cross Hospital is secure. Find out more about the good news for patients and local residents below.
