Dear Resident,
I hope you are well.
We are now just under 2 weeks away from the local elections taking place in both Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea. Earlier this week, I voted by post for the Conservatives and would like to strongly encourage Chelsea & Fulham residents to do the same on Thursday 5th May when the elections take place.
I have spoken regularly to residents in Fulham whilst campaigning and their dissatisfaction with the Labour-run Hammersmith & Fulham Council is clear. Whether it be its failure to open up Hammersmith Bridge to cars, the traffic chaos, congestion and pollution within the borough, or the fact that the Council is the worst in England for damp and mould in its homes, the Council has consistently failed its Fulham residents.
As a result, a vote for the local Conservatives on Thursday 5th May in Fulham will help ensure that the Labour-run Hammersmith & Fulham Council can be replaced with a Conservative administration capable of sorting out the traffic and Hammersmith Bridge whilst also fixing the Council’s run-down housing.
In contrast, the Conservative-run Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea has helped to make the borough greener, safer and fairer and aims to continue this with policies such as keeping Council Tax in the lowest 25% of London, investing £100 million in improving air quality, unlocking £15 million investment in high streets and keeping the twice-weekly bin collections. A vote for the local Conservatives for Chelsea residents will therefore ensure that the current administration can continue the great progress it has made.Kind regards,
